  5. Can anyone explain to me why Thalia answered (You can) whilst the question is

What do people do at the beach? 11:32

why Thaila answered to examiner as though a question:

What can I do at the beach?

If we analyzing a question, the examiner asked about (( what people do? )), so the simple answer will be:

some of them walking, reading, eating, chatting, fishing, relaxing etc.

So, is my analyzing correct or nor?

    Thanks
