  3. After two pregnants I became a real coach potato but after a time started doing pilates so fighting fit, break a leg to stay in git finally get rid of belly fat, spara tire. Thank dear Keith in advance, God bless you and your family

  6. Will, I like staying in shape by doing some of weight lifting 5 day a week and bit of jogging in early morning each day. Also I do follow a healthy balance diet to keep fit. 😊
